Services for John W. Greenlee, 66, Buffalo were held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the First Methodist Church in Buffalo with Rev. Howard Roberts in charge. Greenlee died Friday in a Shattuck Hospital following an extended illness. Burial under direction of the Byron Mason Funeral Home was made in High Point cemetery.  John William Greenlee was born Feb 15, 1889 at Greencastle, Ind. This was his home until moving to Oklahoma in 1906 with his parents.  He was married to Miss Lucy Mae Prophet at Buffalo July 7, 1912 and the following year they bought their present farm in Gyp Valley community. He became a member of the Gyp Valley Church in March 1913 and later moved his membership to the Methodist Church in Buffalo.  Survivors include Mrs. Greenlee, two sons, Lloyd Greenlee and Arvid Greenlee of Buffalo; two daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Price of Buffalo and Miss Doris Greenlee of Tulsa; and 9 grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister in Indiana another sister in California and a brother, Herb Greenlee of Colorado who was here for the services. – kbz
